Canceling Your Order

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, orders are processed automatically, and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to change the size or variant of your item, please contact our support team via the contact page within this 1-hour window.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. At Immanuel Montreal, we strive to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Should you wish to return any product, we will gladly assist you.

How to Return (Part of) Your Order: You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue a refund of the full order amount within five working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that the return shipment cost is non-refundable.

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to info@immanuelmontreal.com indicating that you wish to return all or part of your order.
  2. Await confirmation from our customer service team regarding whether your return is accepted.
  3. If accepted, package the product securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  5. Provide our customer service team with the Track & Trace code of your return shipment.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will refund the amount for the returned products via your original payment method.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made products.
  • Personal items or products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Products in the "Beauty," "Kids & Baby," or "Sport" categories due to COVID-19 hygiene measures.

Return Address: Returns should be sent to our supplier's return address in China. Please contact us for the return form and full details.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After this period, the return window expires.

For a fast resolution, send us an email with a photo clearly showing the damaged part and the product label. We will use this information to correct your order and prevent future issues.

In the case of defects, we will provide a free replacement on the first occurrence. If a replacement arrives damaged again, we will refund your total purchase amount.

Defects After Use

If a manufacturing defect occurs over time, we are here to assist. A defect refers to a fault that prevents the product from meeting the manufacturer’s standards. However, wear-and-tear items are excluded from manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Drive belts, batteries, brake pads/discs/linings, chains, lamps, tires, tubes, and other moving parts.

Wrong Product Delivery

We take great care in processing orders, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong product, we will promptly send the correct item at no extra cost to you.
